Do I need to register in order to make purchases?
Yes, registration is necessary for you to become a member of OFFICE Cosmetics and be able to make purchases any time. You need to register only once. It is important to us that all members participate in an honest and professional manner. This also allows us to ensure the safety of all users.

Once you become a registered member, you are able to track your purchases, keep a record of your transactions and be regularly notified by email of OFFICE Cosmetics 's promotions and sales.

Does it cost to become a member?
Registration on OFFICE Cosmetics is Free and Easy!

How do I make a purchase on the site?
It is necessary that you log in as member before making a purchase. If you are a new user, you need to register to become a member of OFFICE Cosmetics.

To make a purchase:-
1.  Key in your account username and password or register as a new member. 

2. Click "ADD TO CART" button on the products you wish to purchase.

3. Either continue Shopping to add more products into your cart or click "CHECKOUT" to proceed to make your payment for the products.

4. At checkout, you'll see the summary of the product list that you have added, click next button to process.

5. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “ADDRESSES” and choose your billing details before click on "next" button.

6. Agree to the terms of service on the shipping page.

7. Press pay with ipay88, it’ll automatically redirecting to ipay88 payment gateway and choose your payment option.

8. Key in all your details at the secured payment and then press "Pay" the amount to complete the order.

What about the privacy of my information?
Your privacy is very important to us. OFFICE Cosmetics is fully committed to protecting your right to privacy within our on-line community. We do not sell, rent or otherwise release registered user information to third parties and this information is not used for other marketing purposes. We do not voluntarily allow your e-mail address or any other personal information to be displayed anywhere on our website, except in the login page which is accessible only by you with your password.

What are the payments methods available?
OFFICE Cosmetics currently accepts:
(i) Master & Visa
(ii) Maybank2u, FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online, AM Online, EON Online,  and RHB Online.
(iii) Mobile Money, Webcash and MEPS Cash: Bank Islam, Public Bank, United Overseas Bank and Alliance Bank.

These payment options will be presented to you at the check-out stage of your purchase.

Do you accept check?
Not for the time being. Clearance of check can take a considerable time which will hold up the completion of a purchase. We cannot place purchases on a pending status for too long a period while not knowing whether a check will be cleared or returned. 

Can I cancel a purchase if I changed my mind about the item after paying for it?
No. Please take your time to read the description page of the item and be fully satisfied with it. You may even ask us questions about the item or request for more information before deciding to buy and pay for the item.

Can I return an order? 
“OFFICE” does not entertain any cancellations of orders once confirmed and payment has been made by you.

You may return the Products to “OFFICE” within Seven (7) days of accepting delivery PROVIDED the Products are returned whole and intact, unused and with its original packaging by reason of the following:

a)  If the Product is no longer in stock.
b)  If the Product delivered to you is not the Product ordered by you as described on the website 
c)  If the Product delivered to you is not of merchantable quality

If the Products are returned for the above reason and the “OFFICE” agrees with your complaint, “OFFICE” will refund the List Price and the delivery charges paid by you. 

I have not received my order. What should I do?
We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Tracking information is provided to confirm delivery status for most orders. You can track your order by using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and clicking on your order details.

Please note that if you do not receive your order after the estimated delivery time frame, you may need to proceed and file a formal claim for mail fraud investigation. This can be done by contacting our admin.

How long does it take for my orders to reach me?
We will try our best to ship/deliver the product as soon as possible to you. Duration to delivery to West Malaysia about 3-10 business days with stocks available in the store. For east Malaysia within 3-10 working days with stocks available in the store.

What are the delivery/shipping charges when I buy from OFFICE Cosmetics?
The shipping cost is RM10.00 per transaction for West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, the shipping cost is RM 15.00.
